At 28 QUADRAT AB, SE 556947-6384 (28QUADRAT.com) you will find Scandinavian and contemporary design products of high class and quality. Our objective is to give a professional and high quality service to our customers. Below you will find our conditions of purchase, which follows the applying Swedish legislation and our own guiding principles. If you have any questions, contact customerservice@28Quadrat.com.

1. Prices for residents in the European Union

Prices apply which are displayed on the webpage at the time of ordering. All prices at 28 QUADRAT AB are gross prices including Swedish VAT. The total price includes the price for the products and possibly shipping fees. The total price is visible at the checkout-page before confirming the order, as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.

2. Prices for residents outside the European Union

If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside the European Union, the prices at our website are VAT/Sales taxes excluded. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered (does not apply to Norwegian customers). You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. Our prices are automatically presented in accordance with your currency. This is based on your computer's IP number. Applicable currencies are EUR and SEK. For residents outside the European Union the prices are presented in EUR.

3. Payment
28 QUADRAT AB uses several payment options. We accept PayPal and major charge and credit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also offer money transfer to our bank account and a direct VAT deduction in case you are a corporate customer within EU and have a valid VAT number. The money is drawn directly from your bank account when your order is approved.

4. Refusal of transaction
To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract you must:

• Be at least eighteen years of age
• Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details
• Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box or Poste restante.
• Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner
We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:
• We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
• If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or that we do not have the product(s) in stock.

5. Ways of delivery
Shipping time within Sweden – Normally 3-5 working days with DHL or Posten.

Shipping time within EU – Normally 5-7 working days with DHL.

28 QUADRAT AB uses different suppliers when delivering products depending on destination and kind of product. When ordering a product from 28 QUADRAT AB, you will be informed which the current way of deliverance will be. Though the expected time of delivery varies between different products you will find expected time of delivery next to the information about the selected product. If you have ordered several products and the time of delivery various between the different products, we will under certain circumstances split the order and send your products as soon as possible. Any costs of delivery out of ordinary costs will, in that case, be paid by 28 QUADRAT AB. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

We deliver to following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France

6. Transport liability
28 QUADRAT AB is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend packing returned products in the original container/box or similar. Furthermore, we recommend insuring the shipment.

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that 28 QUADRAT AB is able to protect its rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported to 28 QUADRAT AB (customerservice@28Quadrat.com) immediately after your notice, not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.

Particular attention should be given when receiving bulky goods, e.g. furniture. We urge you to inspect the packaging of the shipment regarding obvious damages before signing the shipping documents. In case of damages they have to be reported to the shipping agent immediately, and they have to be set out in writing on the shipping documents of both you and the transportation company's copy. Furthermore, you are obliged to contact 28 QUADRAT AB (customerservice@28Quadrat.com) as soon as possible, not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.

7. Undelivered package
If the carrier was unable to deliver the package to the recipient and the parcel is returned to us, 28 QUADRAT AB has right to charge you with the amount of 300 SEK (for deliveries within Sweden) or 50 EUR (regarding deliveries outside Sweden) for the return and handling costs.

8. Complaints
Please contact our customer service at customerservice@28Quadrat.com if you have any problems such as damages, defective products or, in any way, incorrect orders. If parcel arrives in bad condition and products inside are missing or damaged you also need to make a complaint to the delivering company, e.g. FedEx directly after discovering the problem. Please note that we need photos sent to us in order to handle your complaint. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage, mark the package "RETURN" and return to:

28 QUADRAT AB’s suppliers offer guarantee on some products. Contact customer service for more information about guarantee on a specific product.

9. Force Majeure
Events outside 29 QUADRAT AB’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that 28 QUADRAT AB is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

10. Governing Law
The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

  

REFUND POLICY

28 QUADRAT AB comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a tractable shipping service when returning a product. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to 28 QUADRAT AB. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you.

You can always cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your cancellation must be written in form of an e-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below.

If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail. If you need more information regarding returns, please contact Customer Service at info@28Quadrat.com.
